Abstract

Perum Pegadaian Muara Tebo is a Branch of Muara Bungo located in KM.01 Sumber Sari Tebing Tinggi Village participates in assisting the government in carrying out development in the field of economy, especially helping in terms of providing or providing funding to the people of Tebo to be used as capital in doing business that is through pawn services Researchers are interested in conducting research entitled "Public Service Perum Pegadaian as Alternative Place of Community Loan (Perum Pegadaian at Branch Office Pawnshops Muara Tebo Tebo Tebo District Central Tebo)." With the formulation of the problem How Public Service, Obstacles and Efforts Perum Pegadaian Place Alternative to Community Loans. Barriers Public Service Perum Pegadaian namely Computer facilities are still lacking, Electricity is often dead, Internet network often broke up, Lack of Manpower, Lack of socialization to the public will ease to borrow in pawnshops and low public enthusiasm for the mortgage program. Efforts made by Perum Pegadaian in overcoming barriers ie Installing information on radio / newspapers about the ease of making loans in mortgage, Adding manpower, Providing rewards to customers, Providing Security / Comfort in Service and Timeliness in service.
