TINJAUAN YURIDIS TENTANG FUNGSI PENGAWASAN OLEH BPD TREKAIT PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DESA DI DESA KEDUNGPANJI KECAMATAN LEMBEYAN KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract
BPD has a role in managing village government. Its position is as a partner of the Village Government in village government. The village government includes the village head and village officials as organizers of village administration, while the BDP is tasked with supervising implementation. BPD in carrying out its role is as a representative or extension of the village community. Starting from curiosity about the role of the Kedungpanji Village BPD in carrying out its functions, this research describes how the BDP carries out its responsibility for supervising the implementation of village government in Kedungpanji Village, Lembeyan subdistrict, Magetan Regency and what factors support and hinder the BDP's performance in carrying out its functions. The author uses a normative juridical approach, where this research will be based on legal regulations related to the problems faced. There are 2 (two) uses of data in this research. First, the data was extracted through interviews with the village head and chairman of the Kedungpanji BDP. Both data are in the form of primary legal material which is binding in nature, including legal regulations relating to the village, both basic regulations and implementing regulations. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive methods, and this approach produces descriptive analysis, which shows actual information and respondents' efforts to find important information. The results obtained show that the Kedungpanji village BPD plays a role in village administration, this can be seen in the preparation of Village Regulations and the preparation of budget requirements contained in the APBDes. BDP is also a forum for channeling all community aspirations in the form of complaints, suggestions, criticism of the implementation of village government, especially in the task of serving the interests of all village residents. However, several factors were found that supported and hindered the implementation of the supervisory function by the BPD.
