PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI PETANI KOPI DENGAN KINERJA BUMDES DI DUSUN SUMBERDADI DESA KANDANGAN, KECAMATAN PESANGGARAN, KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

            Sektor perkebunan merupakan sektor yang ikut berperan sebagai penghasilan devisa negara. Salah satu komoditas perkebunan penghasil devisa adalah komoditas kopi. Sebagian besar kopi di Indonesia diusahakan oleh petani dengan luas garapan rata-rata antara 0,5 – 1 ha. Secara umum petani kopi menghadapi problem yang berakibat pada produktivitas komoditas kurang optimal dan mutu produk di bawah baku mutu. BUMDES (Badan Usaha MilikDesa) merupakan usaha desa yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Desa, dan berbadan hukum. Sasaran  pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa melalui BUMDES ini adalah untuk melayani masyarakat desa dalam mengembangkan usaha produktif. Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Sumber Dadi Desa Kandangan, Kecamatan Pesanggaran, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, JawaTimur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara factor social ekonomi petani kopi dengan kinerja Badan Usaha MilikDesa (BUMDES). Secara simultan data umum, sosial, luas lahan dan produktivitas, motivasi, dan pengetahuan tentang usahatani kopi mempengaruhi kinerja BUMDES. Variabel Data Umum (X1), Sosial (X2), Luas lahan dan produktivitas (X3), dan pengetahuan tentang usahatani kopi (X5) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja BUMDES, sementara variable Motivasi (X4) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja BUMDES. Persamaan regresi untuk kinerja BUMDES adalah Y = -22,699 + 0,091 X1 + 0,404 X2 + 0,153 X3 +2,033 X4 + 0,199 X5

ABSTRACT

            Plantation sector is a sector that roling as state income. One of the commodities in plantation that playing big role is coffee commodities. Most of the coffee in Indonesia is being worked on by the farmer with average area of cultivation between 0,5 – 1 ha. Generally the coffee farmers faces problems that caused in less optimal in product quality. BUMDES is village’s business arranged by the village’s government, and legal. The target of empowerment in villager’s economy through BUMDES is to help villagers in developing productive business. This research located at Sumberdadi Hamlet Kandangan Village, sub-district Pesanggaran, district Banyuwangi, East . The purpose of this research is to know the effect between social economy factor with performance of BUMDES. Simultaneously, the social general data, area and productivity, motivation, and the knowledge about farming, coffee increase performance of BUMDES. The general data variable (X1), social (X2), area and productivity (X3), and knowledge about coffee farming (X5) don’t have effects toward performance of BUMDES, while the variable Motivation (X4) has effect partially towards BUMDES’s performance. The regression equation to the performance of BUMDES is :Y = -22,699 + 0,091 X1 + 0,404 X2 + 0,153 X3 +2,033 X4 + 0,199 X5
