Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat, Transparansi Pemerintahan dan Akuntabilitas Publik Terhadap Efisiensi Penyaluran Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat, Transparansi Pemerintahan Dan Akuntabilitas Publik Terhadap Efisiensi Penyaluran Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 5 Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi pemerintahan dan akuntabilitas publik terhadap efisiensi penyaluran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Tahun 2015 diketahui ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan diperoleh F_hitung sebesar 228,060 dan nilainya lebih besar dari F_tabel sebesar 2.67 pada tingkat signifikan (α) = 0,05 dan berdasarkan uji determinasi (R²) dapat disimpulkan bahwa 82,5% variabel efisiensi penyaluran Dana BOS pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu dipengaruhi oleh partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas publik sedangkan 18,5% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas yang lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of community participation, government transparency and public accountability on the efficiency of distribution of school operational assistance  funds at public junior high schools in Rimbo Ulu district in 2015. The population in this study were 5 junior high schools (SMP). ) Negeri In Rimbo Ulu District and the sample in this study amounted to 145 respondents. Based on the results of research on the effect of community participation, government transparency and public accountability on the efficiency of distribution of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at State Junior High Schools (SMP) in Rimbo Ulu District in 2015, it is known that there is a significant effect simultaneously obtained F_count of 228.060 and a greater value from the F table of 2.67 at a significant level (α) = 0.05 and based on the test of determination (R2) it can be concluded that 82.5% of the efficiency variable in the distribution of BOS Funds at State Junior High Schools (SMP) in Rimbo Ulu District is influenced by community participation, transparency, and public accountability while 18.5% is the influence of other independent variables that were not included in this study
