PENGUATAN PERAN KARANG TARUNA DUSUN RANTAU DUKU KAMPUNG BARU SIPIN DALAM UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DAN SOSIAL MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to increase the participation of the younger generation through Gotong Royong Karang Taruna activities in the village of Rantau Dukuh Kampung Baru Sipin. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that there are efforts to increase youth participation through mutual cooperation activities at Karang Taruna Dusun Rantau Duku, Kampung Baru Sipin and has two stages of activity, namely pre-activity activities and percussion activities (Persik). burial and discussion). Each stage has several activities. Apart from that, there are encouraging and inhibiting factors for increasing youth participation through mutual cooperation activities of Karang Taruna Dusun Rantau Dukuh Kampung Baru Sipin. The preparation stage consists of pamphlets and requests for donations from the public, while the percussion activities (persik kubir and discussion) include the use of donations, clean-up activities. The driving factors consist of committee cohesion, youth participation and community participation, while the obstacles are facilities, infrastructure and the lack of funding budget.
