PENGGUNAAN PUPUK ORGANIK LIMBAH PERTANIAN DAN PUPUK KANDANG AYAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAHE (ZINGIBER OFFICINALE ROSC) PANEN MUDA

Abstract


Penggunaan pupuk organik dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jahe (Zingiber officinale Rosc) panen muda, telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Cupak Tangah, Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang, Februari - Juni 2018.  Dengan tujuan mendapatkan dosis pupuk organik limbah pertanian dan pupuk kandang ayam terbaik untuk tanaman jahe.  Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap, 11 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga 33 satuan percobaan. Satuan percobaan terdiri dari 5 tanaman dalam polibag. Data hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam (Uji F), jika F hitung> F tabel, maka dilanjutkan dengan DNMRT.  Sebagai perlakuan adalah K = kontrol,  PKA1 = Pupuk kandang (pukan) ayam 1 = 10 ton ha-1 ; PKA2 = Pukan ayam 2 = 15 ton ha-1 ; PKA3 = Pukan ayam 3 = 20 ton ha-1 ; PKA4 = Pukan ayam 4 = 25 ton ha-1 ; PKA5 = Pukan ayam 5 = 30 ton ha-1 ; PO1 = Pupuk organik 1 = 2,9 ton ha-1 ; PO2 = Pupuk organik 2   = 5,9 ton ha-1, PO3 = Pupuk organik 3 = 8,9 ton ha-1, PO4 = Pupuk organik 4 = 11,9 ton ha-1, dan PO5 = Pupuk organik 5 = 14,8 ton ha-1. Pemberian perlakuan pada tanaman jahe memberikan perbedaan yang sangat berbeda terhadap semua parameter. Penggunaan pupuk organik limbah pertanian 14,8 ton ha-1 (PO5), merupakan dosis terbaik dibanding perlakuan lainnya. Disarankan menggunakan pupuk organik dengan dosis 14,8 ton ha-1 untuk tanaman jahe.

             The use of organic fertilizer and chicken manure on the growth and yield of young ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc) crops, has been carried out in Cupak Tangah Village, Pauh District, Padang City, February - June 2018. With the aim of obtaining a dose of organic fertilizer from agricultural waste and chicken manure best for ginger plants. The study used a completely randomized design, 11 treatments and 3 replications so that 33 units of the experiment. The experimental unit consisted of 5 plants in a polybag. Observation data obtained were analyzed by variance (F test), if F arithmetic > F table, then continued with DNMRT. As treatment is K = control, PKA1 = Chicken manure (pukan) 1 = 10 tons ha-1; PKA2 = Poultry chicken 2 = 15 tons ha-1; PKA3 = Poultry chicken 3 = 20 tons ha-1; PKA4 = Poultry chicken 4 = 25 tons ha-1; PKA5 = Poultry chicken 5 = 30 tons ha-1; PO1 = Organic fertilizer 1 = 2.9 tons ha-1; PO2 = Organic fertilizer 2 = 5.9 tons ha-1, PO3 = Organic fertilizer 3 = 8.9 tons ha-1, PO4 = Organic fertilizer 4 = 11.9 tons ha-1, and PO5 = Organic fertilizer 5 = 14,8 tons ha-1. Giving treatment to the ginger plant gives a very different difference to all parameters. The use of organic fertilizer, agricultural waste 14.8 tons ha-1, is the best dose compared to other treatments. It is recommended to use organic fertilizer at a dose of 14.8 tons ha-1 for ginger.
